drinking water is so good for the skin.

Let's start with the basics. This first piece of skin advice is something that we always hear about, but if you are like me, it is hard to commit to. It literally seems like the most simple thing in the world but yet so many of us seem to struggle with consistency. Starting off your healthy skin care journey is as simple as drinking more water. Yes, another beauty blogger trying to convince you that water is somehow going to magically cure your skin. I would not be here telling you that it contributes to clearer skin if I hadn't already seen the results for myself. You will notice less breakouts in just a few weeks. One of my favorite articles from Women's Health Magazine also gave a more detailed explanation as to why water is so good for your skin.

Before you go out buying any acne skin care products, please know that whatever you put into your body will always find its way out. for those of use who have a not so healthy diet, water will flush out a lot of those toxins that are present in your body. Now I am not saying that water will heal your problem skin just like that but it will definitely help. When i started my weight loss journey I incorporated more water in my diet and I noticed more 0f a difference in my face than I did in my actual body. I challenged myself to drink 80 fl. oz. of water a day. Of course I wasn't always successful but I was definitely consistent in my efforts. As the weeks went by it wasn't much of a challenge anymore; It became part of my daily routine. With that being said, that also means that you will have to cut back on all the juices that are high in sugar and all of that artificial crap. If it's not natural, it should not be in your body.

Keep in mind, being that the water serves to flush out everything that doesn't belong, be ready to go to the ladies room a lot. I'm sure a lot of you may not be use to drinking this amount of water everyday. Eventually you will get use to it like did. I want to challenge you to drink at least 80 fl. oz. of water daily for 3 weeks and share your results. Comment your before and after pictures. By then i will have shared with you at least 2 more tips for flawless skin. I will also share with you some neat makeup tricks that will make your face look flawless even if your skin isn't so perfect. . Get ready to start seeing beautiful skin!
